Hi Todd,
I purchased your book this morning, after the Parkinson’s SA AGM. When Clive and I arrived home
I commenced reading your book and found it so compelling that I couldn’t put it down until I had read from cover to cover. Your story is so similar to mine that I found myself reliving it almost word for word.
My neurologist has referred many of his Patients to call on me to talk to them about DBS Surgery. As I emphasise to them no two people have the same symptoms, therefore one can’t expect the same outcome. To have faith in
your medical team is No 1 priority.
In future I will recommend people read your book as another insight in to what to possibly expect with their DBS Surgery.
I wish you and your family all the happiness for your future. You are all so young and have your whole life in front of you.
